I'm writing this to warn other parents about my terrible online shopping experience. I thought I was being responsible by buying my child’s glasses with an added warranty, but it turned into a complete nightmare. As I put in my review, "this place is the worst I've ordered glasses with added warranty and needed a replacement due to the frame breaking and each time I've needed a lens replacement they tell me my choice of frame is out of stock and will therefore he receiving a store credit plus a small % which doesn't make sense then how do I end up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous? I'm so tired of dealing with this crap from glassesusa plus a 30 deductible for the replacement. If you want quality eyeglasses for your child look elsewhere." After being forced into this cycle of downgrades, I had to call customer service to see if a human could fix this mess.
Customer: This is the third time I've had to call about a replacement. I paid for a warranty, and now you're telling me again that the frame is out of stock. I don't want another store credit that forces me to buy a cheaper pair. My original order was $189, and now the credit is somehow only worth $130. It's a joke.
