I'm here to share a terrible online shopping experience, hoping my cautionary tale helps others. My recent attempt to buy glasses turned into a nightmare. Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because their website glitches prevented me from applying a promised promotion, and their proposed 'solution' was completely unreasonable.
Customer: I'm calling because I had a terrible experience trying to use a buy-one-get-one promotion on your website. It simply wouldn't apply, and now I've been told I have to return my perfectly good glasses and reorder them just to get the deal you advertised. This is completely unacceptable.
