⚠️ A Customer's Nightmare: Ignored, Accused of Lying, and Out $200!
I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering this company. I thought I was getting a good deal, but the headache has cost me far more. My experience has been a nightmare of being ignored and accused of lying, and I feel completely ripped off. After weeks of getting nowhere, my feelings are best summarized this way: I returned two pairs of glasses. They refunded one but have not refunded the other. They say that I sent only the one pair back. I sent them in the same package as I received them. I have called, sent emails and now they are ignoring me! I am out over 200 dollars! Do not buy from them! Very poor customer service and don’t believe the return policy. The constant stonewalling forced me to try one last time to get through to someone.
Customer: My return tracking is 123XYZ. I sent back two pairs of glasses over a month ago and was only refunded for one. I am still out over $200.
CS Rep: I’m very sorry to hear about this issue. Let me check the records. It shows our warehouse only received one pair of glasses in that return package.
Customer: That is absolutely not true. I packed them both in the same box they arrived in. I’ve explained this in multiple emails that nobody has answered. Are you saying I’m lying?
CS Rep: Not at all, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. It’s possible there was an error during intake. Please allow me to escalate this to a supervisor to get a manual refund processed for you immediately.
Customer: I've been told it would be "escalated" before. I need this fixed today. I want confirmation that my money is being returned.
CS Rep: I understand completely. I am personally flagging this as an urgent financial dispute. I will stay on this until it is resolved and will email you a confirmation within the next hour.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
