A Customer Service Nightmare: My Warning Before You Buy 🚨
I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering making a purchase. My hope is to save you the immense frustration I went through. If you have any problems, you will quickly find you should shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. I felt I had no choice but to try and call them after receiving a faulty pair of glasses, which led to this infuriating conversation.
Customer: Hello? I've been on hold forever! My new glasses are defective; the hinge is completely loose. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I understand you are having an issue. Please provide your order number.
Customer: It's G-U-S-A-12345. I don't just want you to 'understand,' I want you to fix it. Getting through your automated system to a real person was a nightmare.
CS Rep: I have located your order. To resolve the issue, you must mail the glasses back at your own expense for an inspection.
Customer: At my expense? You sent me a broken product! I want to speak to a manager to file a formal complaint. This is ridiculous.
